Revocable License
This ticket is a revocable license granting the holder the right to attend a The Island FC event. By attending the event, the holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with event attendance, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and exposure to communicable diseases.
The Island FC, its affiliates, employees, players, and venue operators are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained before, during, or after the event, regardless of cause. The holder releases The Island FC from all liability, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
The Island FC reserves the right to revoke this license, refuse admission, or eject any individual for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate or disruptive behavior (such as intoxication, disorderly conduct, throwing objects, possession of prohibited items, or use of abusive or vulgar language). No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Ticket Use & Validity
This ticket is valid only for the date and time printed on it. Lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets will not be replaced. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources — including third-party resellers or scalpers — may be invalid, counterfeit, or lost/stolen and will not be honored. Ticket resale is prohibited unless explicitly authorized by The Island FC.
Prohibited Items & Security Screening
All attendees and their belongings are subject to search upon entry. The following items are strictly prohibited:
- Weapons of any kind, including firearms and knives
- Pyrotechnics, fireworks, explosives, and flammable substances
- Illegal substances, including drugs and drug paraphernalia
- Any other items deemed dangerous by event security
Failure to comply with security procedures may result in denied entry or ejection without refund.
Alcohol & Substance Policy
The possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages outside of designated areas is strictly prohibited. Violators will be ejected without refund. The Island FC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone appearing intoxicated.
Media & Photography Release
By attending this event, the ticket holder grants The Island FC the right to use their image, likeness, and voice in any live or recorded broadcast, promotional material, or media without compensation.
Refund, Cancellation, & Rescheduling
All ticket purchases are final sale — no returns or refunds are permitted.
If an event is postponed, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date.
If an event is canceled due to weather or other circumstances, tickets will be honored for admission to the rescheduled event or credited toward a future match.
Dates and times of events are subject to change. The Island FC is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred due to rescheduling or cancellation.
Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
The ticket holder assumes all risks incidental to attending the event. The Island FC, its affiliates, employees, and venue operators are not responsible for injuries, lost or stolen items, or any other damages incurred before, during, or after the event.
Unauthorized Commercial Use
This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotions, contests, or sweepstakes without prior written authorization from The Island FC. Unauthorized use for commercial purposes may result in ticket revocation.
Force Majeure
The Island FC is not liable for any delays, postponements, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to severe weather, acts of God, pandemics, government regulations, strikes, or facility issues.
Term Updates
The Island FC reserves the right to update any ticketing information — including but not limited to event details, ticket pricing, availability, or policies — at any time without prior notice. In such cases, The Island FC reserves the right to cancel or modify any orders impacted by pricing errors or inaccuracies.
Indemnity
By purchasing and using this ticket, the holder agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Island FC, its officers, directors, agents, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Violation of these terms and conditions.
- Any activity related to the ticket holder’s actions at the event.
This includes, but is not limited to, legal fees and costs incurred in defense of such claims.
